With the rental machines, you will be using 1 to 3 liters of alcohol depending on preferred strength. Most of the machines will hold in the range of 4 gallons, which fills about 75 different 7 oz cups. (Or the same 7 oz cup 75 times if nobody shows.) For non-alcoholic versions, simply omit the alcohol.
Experimentation is encouraged with the mixing process, but always remember to use the provided syrups. Their sugar content is high, but necessary for the drinks to maintain the right frozen consistency and keep the machines from getting damaged. There are a lot of various mixes to experiment with, and we will be carrying different brands that receive high marks for taste, consistency, and that always hard to gauge quality gusto!
