With the rental machines, you will be using 1 to 3 liters of tequila depending on preferred strength. (Sauza Giro Gold has been recommended, but the Margarita Man's mix is so good that you can use any tequila).
The mix already has some orange flavoring in it, so extra sweetness, if desired, is achieved with 1 liter of Triple Sec. Mix with 3 gallons of water from the bucket we provide, pour into the machine, and you're in business...the party business. (Mixing steps are here)
Experimentation is encouraged with the mixing process, but always remember to use the provided syrups. Their sugar content is high, but necessary for the drinks to maintain the right frozen consistency and keep the machines from getting damaged. There are a lot of various mixes to experiment with, and we will be carrying different brands that receive high marks for taste, consistency, and that always hard to gauge quality gusto! Here are some of your syrup choices.
